AMINIQS™-(SE) is a sterile nutritive infusion of pure crystalline amino acids, designed to provide essential and non-essential amino acids for parenteral nutritional support. It helps meet increased protein and nitrogen requirements in patients who are unable to receive adequate nutrition orally or enterally.

This formulation supports tissue repair, muscle protein synthesis, immune function, and metabolic balance, making it suitable for use in hospitalized, critically ill, post-operative, and nutritionally compromised patients.

• Nausea or vomiting

• Flushing

• Fever or chills

• Local injection site reactions

• Electrolyte imbalance (rare)

• Metabolic disturbances with improper dosing

• Administered intravenously under medical supervision

• Used as part of a complete parenteral nutrition regimen, with carbohydrates, lipids, electrolytes, vitamins, and trace elements as required

• Monitor fluid balance, electrolytes, liver and kidney function

• Use cautiously in patients with renal or hepatic impairment

• Regular monitoring is advised during prolonged therapy

• Known hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation

• Severe renal failure without dialysis support

• Severe hepatic insufficiency

• Inborn errors of amino acid metabolism

• Severe metabolic acidosis

• For intravenous use only

• Should be administered slowly under strict aseptic conditions

• Rapid infusion may cause metabolic imbalance

• Not recommended for use without proper medical supervision

Dosage should be individualized based on:

• Patient’s age and body weight

• Clinical condition

• Nutritional requirement

• Nitrogen balance

• No significant interactions reported when used as directed

• Compatibility should be checked before mixing with other IV solutions

• Use caution when co-administered with electrolyte or fluid-altering agents

• Use only if solution is clear and free from particulate matter

• Do not use if the container is damaged

• Do not exceed recommended dosage

• Store as per label instructions

• Keep out of reach of children
