ParaSelix™-MF Suspension is a dual-action analgesic and antipyretic formulation specially designed to provide effective relief from pain and fever. The synergistic combination of Mefenamic Acid, a potent non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and Paracetamol, a widely trusted antipyretic and analgesic agent, ensures rapid and sustained relief in pediatric and adult patients.

This suspension is ideal for managing mild to moderate pain conditions such as toothache, headache, musculoskeletal pain, and fever associated with infections. Its liquid formulation ensures easy administration, better compliance, and faster absorption.

Common side effects may include:

• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Stomach pain
• Diarrhea
• Indigestion

Rare but serious side effects:

• Allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling)
• Liver dysfunction (due to Paracetamol overdose)
• Gastric irritation or ulcer (due to Mefenamic Acid)

ParaSelix™-MF Suspension is used for:

• Fever (pyrexia)
• Headache
• Toothache
• Ear pain
• Body ache

• Post-vaccination fever in children

• Overdose may cause serious liver damage
• Long-term use may affect kidney function
• Use with caution in children and elderly

Do not use ParaSelix™-MF Suspension in:

• Known allergy to Mefenamic Acid or Paracetamol
• Severe liver disease
• Severe kidney impairment
• History of NSAID-induced asthma or gastric ulcers
• Active gastrointestinal bleeding

• Use cautiously in patients with liver or kidney disorders
• Avoid alcohol consumption during treatment
• Do not exceed recommended dose
• Use under medical supervision in pediatric patients
• Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor

• Children: As directed by the physician (based on body weight and age)
• Adults: As prescribed by a healthcare professional
• Shake well before use
• Use a measuring cup/spoon for accurate dosing

ParaSelix™-MF may interact with:
