HYLOETHIX™ Eye Drops is composed of Sodium Hyaluronate. It is used to prevent eye dryness. It may also be used during eye surgeries to protect your eyes from stress. This medicine works by lubricating your eyes due to its high viscosity. 

HYLOETHIX™ Eye Drops may cause some side effects like eye irritation, eye pain, headache etc. These side effects are mostly temporary and resolve on their own. Consult your doctor if these side effects are persistent or bothering you. This medicine can impact your eyesight, and it is advisable not to drive vehicles after using it.

HYLOETHIX™ Eye Drops is used as prescribed by your doctor. For the ease of remembering, try to use this medicine at the same time every day. Do not stop using this medicine without consulting your doctor as your symptoms may reoccur.

HYLOETHIX™ Eye Drops is not recommended if you are allergic to it. Inform your doctor about all your current medications and existing medical conditions. Use HYLOETHIX™  Eye Drops exactly as advised by your doctor. Do not use in larger or smaller amounts than prescribed. Follow all the instructions given on the label/package insert.

Wash your hands properly before using the eye drops. Do not touch the tip of the bottle in order to avoid contamination of the medicine.

Pull down your lower eyelid and squeeze a few drops of this medicine into the eyelid pocket. Maintain a time gap of at least 5 minutes between applying this medicine and any other eye medicine.

If you wear contact lenses, you are recommended to remove them before using this medicine. You can wear the lenses 15 minutes after application.

Consult your doctor if your symptoms do not improve after a few doses.
