Droticalm is a medication containing Drotaverine Hydrochloride in suspension form. • The typical dosage of Droticalm is as follows (adults):

• Adults: 1-2 teaspoons (5-10 mL) of the suspension 2-3 times a day, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
• Children (over 12 years): 1 teaspoon (5 mL) 2-3 times a day.
• The dosage may be adjusted based on the patient's response and the severity of symptoms.
• The suspension should be taken orally, and it is recommended to shake the bottle well before each use.

• Antihypertensive Drugs: Droticalm may enhance the blood pressure-lowering effect of certain antihypertensive drugs.
• Anticholinergic Drugs: Co-administration with anticholinergic medications may increase the risk of side effects such as dry mouth or blurred vision.
• Other Spasmolytics: Use caution when combining with other spasmolytic drugs, as the risk of excessive relaxation of smooth muscles may increase.
• Alcohol and Sedatives: Alcohol or other sedative medications may increase the drowsiness or dizziness associated with Droticalm.

• Shake the suspension bottle thoroughly before use.
• Administer the prescribed dose with a suitable measuring spoon or cup.
• Store the suspension in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Ensure the lid is tightly closed after use.
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage without consulting a healthcare provider.
• If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember, unless it is almost time for the next dose.
