• Prolonged use can lead to gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcers.

• Avoid abrupt discontinuation to prevent withdrawal symptoms.

• History of hypersensitivity to Aceclofenac, Thiocolchicoside, or NSAIDs.
• Active gastric or duodenal ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding.
• Severe liver or kidney impairment.
• Pregnancy, especially in the third trimester.
• Lactating mothers unless deemed necessary by a doctor

• Pregnancy: Avoid use, as Thiocolchicoside may have teratogenic effects.
• Liver and Kidney Impairment: Dose adjustment or monitoring may be required.
• Driving or Operating Machinery: May cause dizziness; avoid tasks requiring alertness.

• Adults: 1 tablet twice daily after meals, or as directed by a physician.
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage to avoid adverse effects.

• With other medications:

  • Increased risk of bleeding with anticoagulants like warfarin.
  • Enhanced side effects with corticosteroids or other NSAIDs.
  • Reduced efficacy of antihypertensive drugs like ACE inhibitors.

• With food or alcohol: Avoid excessive alcohol consumption, as it can exacerbate gastrointestinal side effects.

• Take CLOELITE-TH with meals to minimize stomach irritation.
• Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew.
