ALLERETHIX™ - MTablets is a combination medication containing Fexofenadine, a second-generation antihistamine, and Montelukast Sodium, a leukotriene receptor antagonist. This dual-action formulation is designed to relieve symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, hay fever, and chronic asthma by reducing inflammation, preventing allergic responses, and alleviating nasal congestion.

Common side effects may include:

• Drowsiness or fatigue
• Headache
• Nausea or upset stomach
• Dizziness
• Dry mouth
• Cough or throat irritation

Rare side effects:

• Allergic reactions like rash, swelling, or difficulty breathing
• Increased heart rate
• Mood changes (e.g., agitation or depression)

• Take one tablet once daily with or without food.
• Swallow with water without crushing or chewing.

• Onset of Action: Effects are typically noticeable within 1–2 hours of administration.

• Driving and Machinery: Fexofenadine may cause drowsiness. Avoid driving if affected.
• Alcohol: Avoid consuming alcohol as it may enhance dizziness or sedation.
• Pediatric Use: Use in children should be under strict medical guidance.
• Elderly Patients: May require dosage adjustments due to altered drug metabolism.
• Other Conditions: Inform your doctor if you have asthma, kidney disease, or a history of psychiatric disorders.

• For Asthma: One tablet daily, preferably in the evening.

ALLERETHIX™ - MTablets may interact with:

• Antacids containing Aluminum or Magnesium: May reduce Fexofenadine absorption.
• Rifampin: May lower the efficacy of Montelukast.
• Ketoconazole or Erythromycin: May increase Fexofenadine levels.
• Aspirin/NSAIDs: Use cautiously in asthmatic patients.
