ETHICO-4 is a muscle relaxant formulation containing 4mg of Thiocolchicoside per tablet. It is primarily used for treating muscular spasm and associated pain, commonly occurring in conditions like cervical spondylosis, acute low back pain, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Thiocolchicoside acts by relaxing the muscle fibers, offering pain relief and improving mobility.

Like all medications, ETHICO-4 may cause side effects. Common side effects include:

Do not use ETHICO-4 if:

• You are allergic to Thiocolchicoside or any other ingredients in the tablet.
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding unless recommended by a doctor.
• You have a history of gastrointestinal issues such as peptic ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding.
• You have severe liver or kidney disease.

The usual dose for adults is:

• 1 tablet (4mg) two to three times a day, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Instructions for Use:

• Take the tablet orally with a glass of water.
• Do not crush or chew the tablet; swallow it whole.
• Follow the prescribed dosage and duration of treatment recommended by your doctor.

• CYP450 enzyme inducers/inhibitors: Drugs that alter the activity of liver enzymes could affect the metabolism of Thiocolchicoside.
• Alcohol: Alcohol may increase the sedative effects of Thiocolchicoside, leading to excessive drowsiness and dizziness.

• Always inform your doctor about any other medications (prescription, over-the-counter, or herbal supplements) you are currently taking to avoid adverse interactions.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose.
• Take the medication as directed by your healthcare provider.
• If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it is almost time for your next dose. Do not double the dose to make up for a missed dose.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
• Discard any unused medication after the expiry date.
